BK: 6 Bananas organic
      Bowl of Ezekiel sprouted cereal

LU: olive and onion ciabatta with olive oil, rice with carrots and olive oil

Snack: raw carrots and broccoli florets

What Im eating Day 19

Breakfast: 7 organic bananas (mrs greens)

Thats 700 easy calories, best food alive, rumored to reduce stress.

Early lunch:
kale and mushroom gently cooked in olive oil (veggies free from farmer friend, Fairway supermarket unfiltered olive oil $8.99/1 liter bottle)
baby romaine salad $3.99 (natures promise stop and shop)
seaweed salad $3.85 (mrs greens market)

Snack Multigrain Chips

Early Dinner Vegan sesame noodles salad with mixed baby romaine salad

Snack Dried mangoes,
carrot beet apple juice

What Im eating Day 18

I woke up hungry and ate what I had in the house a bag of plantain chips

Breakfastt: Carrot apple beet ginger juice

Lunch: Mixed baby Romaine lettuce, seaweed salad and asian pear .....( seriously delicious)

Snack: one large crispin apple, plantain chips

Dinner: ---


Um I need to eat more food

Sandy and stubborness

Going to chalk it up to Sandy and stubborness...the ratio of raw to cooked food increased in favor of cooked food of course. Eergy dropped, mood disgusting and anger flared. What I ate days 9 - 17 are a blur of high starch food, morning fruit smoothies and lamentations, ending with me popping two chicken nuggets, I couldn't resist, and I forgot the golden rule, eating more fresh fruit and veggies stops the meat craving.
I stopped lamenting and being so hard on myself picked myself up and said a vegan is not born overnight, try again....so next blog what Im eating day 18.
