Do not smoke Marijuana

I say don't smoke Marijuana, it is a system depleter and I believe an immunosuppresant in smoke form. The effects others speak about - transcedance, a state of well being, may be completely  individualistic, not broadspectrum effects. I think it nullifies most if not all the positive effects of a plant based diet.

I am also beginning to suspect the promotion of Marijuana smoking by creatives is propaganda, I have no proof, but I am suspicious. The plant based diet high is like no other it is a whole feeling with no sideeffects.

I also believe exercise and meditation may exceed the "high" from Marijuana smoke, will have to test it out.
That is all on this topic.

What Im eating Day 6

Eating plants brings upon you a state of well being...

I noticed for the first time that a lot of people are angry, all around me people are angry, at the gas station, in eateries, on the street.... While noticing this, I noticed I was becoming happier, I suppose the difference in the state of my internal being from the external is what caused me to notice...this feeling became crystal on Monday October 22nd

Snack: 2 oz Wheagrass & Kale, pineapple papaya juice
Lunch: Salad mixed field green salad, romaine lettuce with apple carrot tomatoes and cucumber

Snack apples

Dinner: rice and peas, spinach, large mixed green salad with escovitch fish
(cant really say why I chose to eat fish, perhaps because it was "a special dinner" outing and the person looking at me from across the table would have made too much of a fuss about veganism, and the menu actually had zero vegan entrees besides a few side dishes, I went with the path of least resistance and ordered the fish lol you've got to pick your battles with carnivores :-) )

Digestion

Im beginning to believe that eating just plants is a bizarre and unatural thing to do...or maybe its the rumbling, bloating and GAS that is swaying my thoughts.

I dont have multiple guts and neither can I digest tough plant fiber, so the vegan argument that cows and gorillas are strong and vegan isnt sitting well with me at the moment. I dont have cow or gorilla biochemistry or anatomy for crying out loud, why should I eat like them! *sigh*...off to the health food store I must go if I want to survive past my official day 1, to get digestive enzymes and probiotics. I believe I have to strengthen my gut for this transition.

What I'm eating: Day 1

Bkfst:
Large bowl of mixed fruit

Lunch:
Large salad spinach and mixed green salad, with avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, almonds, carnberry with a sesame ginger dressing
Mixed vegetable soup
Small multigrain baguette

Snack
2 bananas and a serving of grapes

Dinner:
Multigrain baguette sandwich with roasted peppers eggplant and stirfried greens

Why Vegan...

Someone close to me has to go on a plant based diet to survive a possible terminal illness. My dad died from complications due to cancer June of this year, Im not ready to lose any more family members due to "preventable" disease. The doctors, nutritionists we've spoken to have claimed that a plant based diet will reverse any degenerative condition.
So my love, I'm going to hold your hand and we will go on this journey together, for better or worse...Im hoping for better...lets take that first step to Veganland, to health restored :-)
