Breakfast:
3 bannas
1 apple
1 pear
One vegan breakfast cookie from red barn bakery
Digest Gold

Lunch:
2 oz wheatgrass
Large Romaine salad, carrots & cucumbers
Brown fried rice

Snack:
Digest Gold

Dinner:

Water
Plantain chips
